Frequently Asked questions

Can the Pack Tap be connected to a water filter?

No. The spigot cap does not have a thread and is not compatible with standard water filter connectors.

How do I clean the bladder of my Pack Tap?

Wash with warm water and dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and hang upside down to dry completely. Do not use boiling water. To remove juice or wine residue, use effervescent peroxide tablets.

How do I remove the spigot cap?

Follow the illustration printed on the underside of the Pack Tap. Use the fingertips of your two middle fingers to locate the lower edge of the spigot cap and pull upwards. Do not use tools or levers, as this can damage the cap or bladder.
