Monthly Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Sea To Summit Pty Ltd, ABN 15 053 533 921 (Promoter).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs monthly from 12:00am AWST on the 1st day of each month to 11:59pm AWST on the last day of that month (Promotion Period).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must, during the Promotion Period: 
a) Sign up to the Promoter’s email marketing database, and 
b) Opt in to receive SMS marketing communications from the Promoter.

Entries can be submitted via the Promoter’s website entry form at https://seatosummit.com.au/pages/monthly-giveaway or via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead generation forms. 

Only one (1) entry is permitted per person per month. 

5. Entry Conditions

To be eligible to win, entrants must remain subscribed to both email and SMS marketing at the time the winner is drawn. 
Entries will be deemed invalid if an entrant unsubscribes from either channel prior to the draw.

6. Prize

Each month, one (1) winner will receive one (1) Big River Dry Bag, 5L, valued at AUD $59.99 RRP.

The prize colour and/or size may vary subject to availability. If the advertised colour or size is unavailable at the time of fulfilment, the Promoter reserves the right to supply a different colour and/or size of equal or higher value. 

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Standard delivery within Australia is included. 

7. Draw Details

The winner will be drawn at random on the second (2nd) business day of the month following the Promotion Period, at the Promoter’s office at 5 Eyre Street, Rivervale, WA 6103. 
This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner..

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email and/or SMS within two (2) business days of the draw. 
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

9. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place ten (10) business days after the original draw, at the same location and using the same method. 

10. Privacy

By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting using and disclosing their personal information for the purposes of administering this promotion and for ongoing marketing communications via email and SMS, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 
Entrants may unsubscribe at any time; however, doing so prior to the draw will render the entry invalid.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions. 
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize. 
Any tax implications arising from the prize are the responsibility of the winner. 
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries. 
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. 

12. Permits

No permit is required for this promotion under Australian State or Territory trade promotion lottery laws.
